Hotel overlooking lake with excellent private car parking at hotel.South facing swimming pool with adequate facilities around pool.Excellent self service breakfast with plenty of waiting staff willing to assist customers. Very helpful and friendly reception staff.
There are limited rooms with balcony directly overlooking lake. There are a few rooms with balcony which they describe as having a lateral view of lake. These rooms with balcony over look a small road, apartments and a side view of part of the lake with a east to north east aspect. Balconies are very small, just enough to have two chairs and table on it. To close the shutters table and chair need to be removed. All for a charge of €20 per night. I would not recommend Lenno as it is a village location with few and very poor restaurants. Some restaurants do not accept credit cards cash only!!. Hotel only offers a table d'hote dinner (€30). Lunch menu limited.

Very convenient location, walk off the ferry into the lobby. Excellent buffet breakfast. The staff were very helpful. The room was spacious and well-furnished.
To be fair, it was advertised as an attic room. For the most part, the ceiling height was fine, but you really had to remember to duck your head in the bathroom.

Everything!! This was our second visit to Albergo Lenno, and we were afraid it would not live up to our memories of 2007...in fact, 4 years later, our visit exceeded our expectations. This place is just heaven, that is all! Be sure, if at all possible, to pay the extra for a lakefront room. With a terrace, even better! (Lenno is not a place for people who want noise, tourists galore, or rat-race commercialism: for that, go to Bellaggio.)
The only complaint I have is that we had to leave! But even our departure was a pleasure: driven to Malpensa by the owner of the hotel, a 30-ish gentleman whose graciousness, consideration, and non-intrusive warmth made the 45-minute drive a gentle transition from the beauty and calm of Lago Como to the intensity of Malpensa!

We had an very nice time at this hotel. The location is perfect, just steps away from the lake ferry station, and we loved exploring the nearby beach and charming cafes. Our room offered a fine view of the lake, especially with my sister joining us.
In my kids' opinion, breakfast could use some improvement.

Family getaway in a scenic paradise
The view from our room was jaw-dropping. Picture this, waking up every morning to snow-capped mountains reflecting in the lake, it was like living in a postcard. The staff was helpful too. They helped us figure out the ferry schedules without making us feel like a hassle. Honestly, they made everything smoother for us. We even had some great laughs with them at breakfast.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive but still reasonable given the experience.

Attic queen room was decent size and well-appointed. It had really nice facilities in the bathroom: a shower, a hair dryer and guest toiletries. The location was stunning, relatively close to Lido di Lenno Public Beach.
